I highly recommend a book entitled

"Mailing May" by Michael O. Tunnell,

which is a very entertaining story about this event.

Four in a Line Addition Activity

Although this is meant to be a one-on-one worksheet for a child, it's easy for them to just cheat and color four in a row without actually throwing the die. 

To make it challenging, have two children play on the same sheet, each using a different color crayon to indicate which circle is theirs.
