Beat the Clock!
Set the timer for one minute and they have to see if they can say all the letter names and/or letter sounds before beating the clock.
If the timer goes off before they finish all of them, they count how many they had and the next time they play, they have to beat that number.

LEGO Tower Subtraction Race
1. Each person gets 10 LEGOs to being with.
2. Roll die, remove that many.
3. Must roll EXACT number of LEGOs left to win!
