Push Blower Matching Game
This is excellent for beginner number recognition, and can easily be upgraded to where you use the word to match the number, drawn dots to match the number, etc. Not to mention you can adapt this to language arts, as well!

Spring Color by Sight Word
I took this idea and used regular coloring book pages to make my own sight word sheets, to go with whatever words we were studying. (Ex: "an" words - fan, can, man, ran, pan, ran, tan, van). You can get coloring books as inexpensive as $1 at the dollar store.
