Pre-K Match-the-Colors/Fine Motor Development Activity
Note: Later in the year, instead of them using same-color stripss to glue onto the corresponding dots, give them flat white strips with the COLOR WORD on it. (Be sure the word is in black and not in the corresponding color.)

Cleaning Out and Cleaning Up to the Kids' Delight
Not my photo, but I've done something similar in the past.
At the end of the school year, I'd clean out some cabinets and files, and put what I no longer wanted or needed out for display.
The month before, I handed out "tickets" to the students as rewards for good or exceptional behavior, for getting their work done on time, for showing good manners -- you get the idea. They would bring a used milk carton from the cafeteria, rinse it out and let it dry, then glue their names on it. When they received a ticket, they'd write their name on it and place it inside the carton.
During the last week of school, I'd set out the items, along with a small bucket. If the student wanted a chance to win that item, they could put a ticket in the bucket.
On Friday, I'd pull a name from each bucket and give the item to the winner whose name I'd drawn.
