Tell Me a Story

 This school year, every Friday, I'll be uploading an amusing cartoon, photo, drawing, or other piece of art. Have your students thinking about a story to fit the picture, and let a couple of them tell the story to the rest of the class. As the school year progresses, have them write a sentence to describe the picture. And later in the year, have them write a short story.
