How many different ways can you move ONE stick to a different location and create a bigger number?
(Ex: take the bottom left stick from the 6 and put it on top of the 4 to make 95. Or move the horizontal crossbar in the 4 and place it vertically under the stick on the 4's left side to make 116.)
